He should just say he’s an animal hoarder and that he’s getting help so he must give the cats away. Most animal hoarder pets are usually sick so he probably won’t get in trouble if some of them are sick. Everyone feigns mental illness once or twice in their lives I think. I know criminals fake schizophrenia so they won’t go to prison. I mean they still have to go to a mental hospital but I think mental hospitals have better food.
